AeroShell Turbine Engine Oil 500 is a 5-centistoke synthetic hindered ester oil incorporating additives to help improve thermal and metal passivation. High viscosity index synthetic base fluids maintain viscosity and help protect components more effectively under high shear stress. The engine oil 500-1QT, being a synthetic hindered ester base fluid results in the outstanding high temperature and oxidation stability. These fluids are clean running and tend to dissolve varnish and sludge rather than leaving deposits.
