Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through the nationalav.aero website. This Policy is subject to change without prior notice at any time, at National Aviation's sole discretion, and any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the site.

Shipping Charges and Calculations

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the size and weight of your items. To determine the cost of shipping your order, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. After providing your address, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed.  We use multiple carriers and may change carriers at any time. 

Estimated Delivery Times and Shipping Rates

Handling time: 3 days.
Transit time: 3 to 4 days.

National Aviation makes every effort to dispatch orders in the fastest possible timeframe. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. National Aviation is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping and Customs

When ordering products from National Aviation for international delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. National Aviation has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Title and Risk of Loss

All purchases from National Aviation are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from National Aviation pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Carrier Restrictions and Liability

Certain products may have transportation restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions or local laws. Customers will be notified during the checkout process if we are unable to ship specific items to the address provided.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order summary and a subsequent email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track the progress of your order by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

National Aviation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This includes any fees for shipments to Canada. Customers should familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations and fee structures to avoid unexpected charges.

Damages

National Aviation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, the recipient should contact the shipment carrier to file a claim immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required when filing a claim. We recommend taking photographs of the damaged items and packaging to assist in the claims process.

Item Never Received

If a customer has not received their order within the expected delivery timeframe, they are encouraged to contact National Aviation via email at sales@nationalav.aero. We will contact our shipping partners and update you. In the event of a confirmed lost shipment, National Aviation will work with the customer to resolve the matter.

Amendments
