Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us!
We offer refund, return, and exchange options within the first 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept refund, return, or exchange requests after 30 days.
All returned items must be in their original condition. This necessitates that the items be unworn or unused, retain all original tags, and be contained within their original packaging. We cannot process returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Additionally, for the return process to be initiated, you must provide a valid receipt or any other form of proof of purchase. This documentation is essential to verify the transaction and process your return.
How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange?
To begin the process, contact us at sales@nationalav.aero with:
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the product
- Your proof of purchase
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, our team will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
Refund
Upon approval, refunds will be issued as follows:
- Credit or debit card payments: within 1 business day
- PayPal payments: within 1 business day
- Wire transfer and check payments: within 7 business days (transfer fees paid by the customer)
- Other payment methods: within 5–7 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing sales@nationalav.aero. If the cancellation request is received within this timeframe and the order has not yet shipped or begun processing, a full refund will be issued.
Please note: many orders are processed and shipped the same day. Once an order has been shipped or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled, even if it is within the 24-hour window. Requests received after 24 hours or after shipment has occurred are not eligible for cancellation.
Eligibility
Refunds and returns are approved only if the item is defective, incorrect, or the wrong size. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
